Otopratik.
A clear route from vehicle-care discovery to booking.
We designed Otopratik’s website from scratch to make its broad service offering clearer to drivers. The existing identity carries into a complete digital experience spanning scheduled maintenance, brakes, shock absorbers and mobile booking.

Need.
Otopratik’s service network meets varied vehicle-care needs under one brand. The website needed to explain that breadth without excessive technical detail, guide drivers to relevant services and make booking straightforward.
This was not a rebrand. We preserved Otopratik’s existing identity while designing the digital experience and website flows from scratch.
Information architecture and user journey.
The homepage gives quick access to common services. Recognisable icons and clear routes identify scheduled maintenance, brakes, shock absorbers and other areas. Campaigns and brand content sit within a hierarchy that does not overshadow core tasks.
Service pages break technical information into readable sections, explaining scope, importance and related services together. Drivers can understand their vehicle’s needs rather than simply see a service name, then move to the next step.
Booking collects necessary details in a simple, mobile-friendly form. Easy selection and entry on small screens support a continuous journey from research to appointment request.

Visual approach.
Existing colours and brand assets form the interface’s foundation. Strong service imagery, understandable icons and clear actions turn technical automotive content into an approachable visual system.
Desktop and mobile share a design logic so content, service cards and booking routes remain consistent across devices.

Collaboration & scope.
We worked with OGOO. Pars Design created the information architecture and complete desktop and mobile UX/UI from scratch. The brand identity belonged to the existing Otopratik system; development was outside our scope.
The work.
The responsive website presents Otopratik’s services clearly and guides drivers from a relevant service to a booking request. The project completely renewed the digital touchpoint without changing the corporate identity.
