What this service addresses.

Repeated procurement, waiting and rebriefing make small and medium design tasks costly to coordinate. Clear capacity and priorities give recurring work a more predictable structure.

Each month, we collect tasks in one list, prioritise them against capacity and review progress with you. Your team can see what is being worked on and when.

Who it is for.

  • Companies producing brand and communications design every month
  • Organisations with recurring requests from sales, marketing and product teams
  • Brands looking for planned external capacity instead of a full-time hire
  • Teams moving from one-off tasks to a shared production workflow

Scope.

The work below is scoped to your needs. Deliverables and responsibilities are agreed in the proposal.

  • Monthly capacity and priority plan
  • Brand and campaign design
  • Presentations and sales materials
  • Website and social content production
  • Weekly progress overview
  • Monthly review

Process.

  1. 01We collect requests in one list, each with a short brief, required content and deadline.
  2. 02We prioritise by impact, effort, risk and dependencies, distinguishing quick improvements from structural work.
  3. 03We complete the approved solution using real content, systems and technical constraints.
  4. 04We consolidate feedback into a single review and decision process, resolving conflicting requests against the objective.
  5. 05We deliver the approved work in the required formats, with an organised file structure and usage notes.
  6. 06Together, we review completed work, capacity used and priorities for the next period.

Frequently asked questions.

How many tasks can run at once?

We agree the number of active tasks at the start, based on their size and allocated capacity. Focusing on fewer tasks generally makes delivery more predictable. The queue stays visible in the shared list.

Does unused capacity roll over?

The rollover policy is stated in the agreement. We track capacity throughout the month and prioritise upcoming work in advance.

How do you handle urgent work?

An accelerated schedule may be possible depending on timing and capacity. We agree which deliverables come first and which decisions move to a later phase.

Is software development included?

Software development is outside the standard design subscription. It can be scoped as a separate project, maintenance agreement or product support engagement.
