This policy explains how personal data you share with Pars Design is processed.

What data do we collect?
We may process names, email addresses, phone numbers, company or brand details, messages and project information submitted through contact and project forms; correspondence records from direct communication; and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, access time, referring page and cookie preferences during site use. Please do not share sensitive personal data unless necessary.
How and why do we process data?
We process data collected through forms, email, phone, server logs and cookies to respond to requests, assess project needs, manage proposals and contracts, communicate, secure the site, meet legal obligations and protect our rights. Processing is based on forming or performing a contract, legal obligations, establishing or protecting a right, and legitimate interests that do not override your fundamental rights. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are used, we seek your separate, explicit choice.
Who may receive the data?
Data may be shared, only as needed, with authorized team members and advisers; hosting, email, security, analytics and IT service providers; and public authorities where legally required. Where a transfer abroad is necessary, the safeguards and conditions in Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) apply.
Retention and security
We retain data only for as long as its processing purpose and legal obligations require, then delete, destroy or anonymize it. We apply appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss and misuse.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its intended purpose and to whom it has been transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction, request that those actions be communicated to recipients, object to a result produced by automated analysis and seek compensation for damage. You may submit a request to the email or postal address above; we may request additional information to verify your identity.
