By using this site, you agree to the following terms.
This site provides general information about Pars Design's services, products, approach and selected work. Its content does not by itself constitute an offer, commitment or service agreement.
Intellectual property
The designs, text, images, video, brand elements, case studies and code on this site belong to Pars Design, its clients or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, published, modified, used commercially or used to create derivative works without prior written permission. Third-party brands and logos shown belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes or interfere with its security, operation or other visitors' access. Unauthorized access, malware, excessive automated requests, scraping and infringement are prohibited.
Project enquiries and contracts
An enquiry sent through the contact form or by email does not itself form a contract between the parties. Scope, timing, fees, deliverables and usage rights are determined only by a proposal or agreement separately accepted by both parties.
Accuracy, availability and links
We work to keep the content current and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the completeness of every detail. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use the site. This does not remove liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over commercial disputes. When the terms change, the current version and date will be published on this page.
