TofaşGo.
Award-winning internal communications, from factory floor to phone.
We designed TofaşGo’s web and mobile experience from scratch, connecting Tofaş’s field and office employees. Extensive content and functions were reorganised around daily needs, bringing communications, social interaction and employee services into one accessible experience.

Need.
An organisation with thousands of field and office employees must address different working conditions, information needs and access habits. News, announcements, social content, services, daily data and frequent tools needed one structure without passing its complexity to users.
TofaşGo used infrastructure and a partnership model similar to Domino’s Mahalle, but its language, priorities and scenarios were specific to Tofaş. A mobile experience every employee could carry extended the project beyond a conventional intranet.

Approach.
Information organised around employees’ needs
We analysed content and functions, grouping them around daily tasks, frequent tools and decisions. The architecture follows how and when employees seek information rather than departmental structures.
Web and mobile designed as one experience
Desktop and mobile share a content hierarchy and interaction language, with priorities adapted to each context. Employees can access information consistently at a desk, on the production floor or on the move.
A clear, lively interface for dense information
A strong hierarchy connects campaigns, company data, news and shortcuts. Modular cards, clear guidance and brand-specific visuals make a feature-rich system into a scannable, contemporary social workspace.

The work.
TofaşGo launched as a comprehensive platform combining company news, social interaction, services and daily tools across web and mobile. According to the European Excellence Awards’ 2017 records, it was designed for approximately 11,000 employees and won the Intranet category that year.
The project also received Best in Category for Business mobile apps and Silver for Responsive / Mobile Design at the 2017 Horizon Interactive Awards. TofaşGo shows how information architecture, UX and cross-device consistency can make complex corporate content accessible to a large, varied workforce.
Collaboration & scope.
Pars Design handled information architecture, user flows, and web and mobile UX/UI. We worked with OGOO, which provided infrastructure and software development.
