We designed a responsive intranet giving Tadım employees one place for announcements, company content and frequently used tools. Working with OGOO, we handled content structure, information architecture and desktop and mobile UX/UI.

Need.
An intranet needs more than a large content library to become part of daily work. Current announcements must stand out, frequent links must be easy to reach and corporate information must remain accessible across screens.
We preserved Tadım’s colourful, energetic character while giving extensive internal content a simple hierarchy consistent across desktop and mobile.
A homepage organised around daily needs.
The homepage centres on frequent needs: announcements, featured content and quick access. A large headline area highlights current messages, while colour-coded modules organise content and services for easy scanning.
This turns a static noticeboard into a practical starting point employees can return to throughout the day.

Focus and readability in content.
Announcement pages clearly separate navigation from content. Headings, images and body text follow a hierarchy that helps employees scan important information quickly.
A left-hand menu keeps the content context clear when moving between sections. Consistent components and simple layouts accommodate different corporate content within one system.
A consistent experience from desktop to mobile.
We reprioritised the modular desktop structure for mobile. Announcements, headline content and key links become a scannable vertical flow.
Mobile detail pages retain their content focus, adapting headings, imagery and text to narrow screens. Employees can follow developments wherever they need to, not only at a desk.

Collaboration.
The project followed our established intranet collaboration model with OGOO. Pars Design handled content structure, information architecture and desktop and mobile UX/UI. OGOO provided project management, technical infrastructure and software.
Outcome.
The intranet connects Tadım’s announcements, content and daily access needs in one place. An energetic visual language, simple architecture and responsive layouts create a consistent, accessible employee experience.
