HaydiGo.

Turning complex e-commerce operations into a clear brand story.

HaydiGo came to us as an unfinished software product with no brand or marketing presence. We created the identity for this unified e-commerce operations platform, from ninja characters and information architecture to UX/UI, front-end development and an animated explainer.

Need.

HaydiGo brought product information, inventory, orders, channels, logistics and point-of-sale operations into one system. Still in development, it had no brand, visual language or marketing website to explain its capabilities to prospective clients.

The need went beyond a new website. Numerous connected modules had to be explained without excessive technical detail. The product’s integrated approach needed to be visible, supported by a communications system that could help sales conversations.

Brand approach.

We built HaydiGo’s visual world around ninja characters working quickly and in coordination behind the scenes of e-commerce operations. Each represents a different capability within the same system.

A vivid palette, simple typography, character illustrations and modular graphics make technical B2B software more approachable and memorable. The identity retains its character across the website, diagrams and animated film.

Digital experience.

The information architecture first gives visitors an overview, then lets them explore the modules they need. PIM, warehouse management, channel management, logistics and point of sale become part of one product story.

We reorganised the client’s core content and made product relationships visible through original diagrams, illustrations and step-by-step explanations. Abstract software features became understandable benefits connected to everyday business operations.

We developed the responsive desktop, tablet and mobile interfaces and implemented the site in WordPress. Its flexible structure lets content teams update the site as the product develops.

We also designed and produced an animated video explaining how the product works. Alongside its use on the website, the video supported sales conversations with a concise, consistent product overview.

The work.

The result was a complete brand and digital communications system for a software product still in development. Distinctive characters, modular storytelling, a responsive marketing site and animation gave HaydiGo a clear, memorable way to present its capabilities.

The site launched and remained in use for a long period. The project is one of our broader engagements, shaping not just an interface but how customers understand a product and how a sales team presents it.
