We designed information architecture, user flows and interfaces for Esas Holding’s employee app. Meetings, approvals, HR and workplace social life come together in one mobile experience.

From infrastructure to product experience
When we joined, back-end work was complete but front-end development had not started. Working with Native Digital, we shaped the app’s user-facing structure as well as its screens.
We defined where information would live, how functions would be grouped and how users would move between tasks.
E-Flow. Task screens bringing together actions, approval steps and related documents.
Human resources. Employee interfaces for leave requests and personal information.
Esas Life. Clubs, daily menus and workplace social life.
Manager screens. Dashboards for financial and organisational indicators.
Different needs, a shared interaction language
Information architecture and user flows were central to the work. We designed the daily overview, quick actions and relationships between modules together. Navigation remains consistent across meeting management, approvals, leave requests and company news.
Esas App is in use today. We continue to provide design support for new needs and additions.
