ABCDerm.
A warm, reassuring digital experience for baby skincare.
We redesigned the website for BIODERMA’s ABCDerm baby and children’s skincare range. Product discovery, care needs, expert content and stockists came together in an information structure parents could navigate easily, pairing the brand’s warm, child-friendly character with a contemporary interface.

Need.
ABCDerm offered a broad range of baby and children’s skincare, from daily cleansing and care to specific skin needs. The website needed to do more than present a catalogue. Parents had to understand the categories, find a suitable product and review usage information with confidence.
The aim was a more contemporary, usable digital experience that reflected the brand’s gentle approach to care. The visual language needed to feel warm and approachable while treating health and product information with appropriate care.

Design approach.
We built the home page around expressive baby photography, product categories and a product finder. Visitors could connect with the brand while moving directly towards care options relevant to their needs.
We organised product families by care need to make categories clearer. Listings were easy to scan, while detail pages gave product images, descriptions, usage guidance and related products a clear hierarchy.
We treated the product finder as a dedicated discovery tool to guide parents through the choices. It created a clear route from a care need to a suitable product group without leaving users to interpret technical details alone.
The stockist section combined city selection with a map of Turkey to help people find a physical store. Expert articles and practical advice supported parents’ care decisions alongside product information.
We brought the existing mascot and game content into the new interface, creating a consistent experience across products, information and entertainment. Soft colours, rounded forms and generous imagery felt close to children’s world while retaining the reassurance needed in health communications.
We worked with OGOO on the project. Pars Design handled information architecture and UI/UX design; OGOO managed the project and developed the software.
