Shopi.
One interface system for retail operations.
Shopi was an omnichannel retail platform connecting head-office and shop-floor teams, online orders and physical stores. We made complex capabilities understandable through a complete digital experience spanning information architecture, UX/UI, front-end implementation and a marketing-site CMS.

Need.
Simplifying multichannel retail.
Shopi connects order, stock, customer and store-operation data. Head-office teams need detailed control while store staff need quick transactions, but both require a shared experience logic.
The goal was a consistent interface that prioritises tasks, data and actions without burdening users with the system’s breadth.

Operations view
Approach.
One product, different contexts, a shared experience language.
We began with core roles and daily workflows. Order tracking, stock checks, customer information and in-store tasks were organised within one information architecture.
Head-office control and reporting structures make dense data readable; store staff have fast, direct task flows. The order lifecycle from online purchase to store fulfilment connects with stock visibility, customer history and performance. Desktop, tablet and mobile are adaptations of one system to different working conditions, not independent designs.
The marketing site follows the same approach, explaining capabilities through a clear product story. We developed the responsive front end and CMS so the team could manage content.

Responsive experience
Design system.
Clarity in dense data, speed in critical tasks.
Tables, statuses, filters, profiles, order steps and performance share a visual hierarchy. Small icons and visual markers support rapid scanning. Consistent component behaviour reduces learning effort and supports product expansion.
Mobile prioritises store staff’s tasks; desktop provides a controlled, scannable structure for larger data sets and management needs. Presentation changes across devices while the core experience remains consistent.

Flows and capabilities
Outcome.
From complex operations to a coherent product experience.
The system connects retail operations from head office to store. Considering architecture, UX/UI, front end and the marketing CMS together makes both daily use and external communications clearer and more consistent. Shopi’s breadth is expressed in one product language across channels.
