Pars Design

For startups

From idea to product, in the right order.

We bring brand, product and technology decisions together from day one.

For a startup, the first step is deciding what matters most. We clarify the idea, define its initial value for users and bring brand and product together in a realistic first release.

Where we come in.

You have an idea, but the scope is unclearTogether, we define the problem, the user, the business model and the first assumption to test.
Your product has outgrown its brandWe align identity, messaging and the digital experience with the value your product offers today.
Your MVP is difficult to useWe review flows, feedback and technical constraints to set the right priorities for the next release.
An investment round or launch is approachingWe bring the story, demo, website and key sales materials into a consistent narrative.

An MVP answers the question that matters.

We define the first release around the most important thing to learn. Why will someone open the product? What will they accomplish? How will we know it worked? Until those questions are clear, design and development create more work without moving the product forward.

Product scopeThe user, the core task, the measure of success and the limits of the first release.
Brand foundationsA core identity if the name and positioning are ready; otherwise, a minimal brand system to support the next decisions.
PrototypeA clickable experience for testing critical flows before development.
Working productThe frontend, backend and integrations your web, SaaS, mobile or AI product needs.
Launch materialsA website, demo and sales materials that explain the product clearly.
MeasurementKey events to track early user behaviour and test the product hypothesis.

How the work unfolds.

  1. 01DiscoveryWe clarify the problem, target user, market assumption and decision makers.
  2. 02Defining the first releaseWe define what users must be able to do in the first release and plan the remaining work for later versions.
  3. 03Prototype and validationWe turn the main flow into a clickable prototype and gather early feedback from users or stakeholders.
  4. 04Design and developmentWe bring brand, experience and technical architecture together in a working product.
  5. 05Launch and learningWe release the product to real users and collect usage data and feedback.
  6. 06The next releaseWe update priorities based on the needs revealed by early use.

Clear expectations.

A startup engagement is not a full-scale project at a reduced price. We can narrow the scope while maintaining product quality and clear decisions. Work outside the first release goes into the roadmap, with no hidden additions to the project.

Services that work together.

Frequently asked questions.

Can we come to you with just an idea?

Yes. An initial engagement can establish whether the idea can become a defined product, which assumption to test first and what information is missing.

Do you work in exchange for equity?

We agree the scope and commercial terms for each project. Partnership or investment proposals are considered separately from the services.

How long does an MVP take?

It depends on the product, integrations, content and scope of the first release. We agree a timeline once the critical flow and technical risks are clear.

Can you support product and design if we have developers?

Yes. We can work with your development team on product discovery, UX/UI, prototypes, design systems and implementation support.

Can we keep working together after launch?

Yes. Product design support, Design QA or development maintenance can establish a regular cycle for new releases.

Let’s clarify the idea before it grows.

Tell us about the problem, your users and the decisions you have made so far. In our first conversation, we can define the right first release and where to begin.
