Is there a minimum engagement period?
We agree the initial period, capacity and meeting schedule in the proposal. The arrangement should be stable enough for both teams to plan and flexible enough to review as needs change.
Can we combine more than one model?
Yes. Product design support can work alongside Design QA, or design leadership alongside a design subscription. We define responsibilities and capacity separately to avoid overlapping roles.
How are requests prioritised?
We use one shared task list, ordered by business value, urgency, dependencies and available capacity. Changes are agreed in regular reviews.
How do you work with our existing team?
We adapt to your tools, meeting schedule and delivery standards, connecting design decisions directly to the existing workflow.
