Eczacıbaşı Kariyer: employee stories and news

Employee stories and news

Employer story and job search in one structure.

A careers website does more than list vacancies; it helps candidates understand a prospective employer. We brought the group’s values, employee stories and news onto the homepage alongside clear routes to job opportunities.

For the vacancy listing, we shifted the focus to search. Filters brought together criteria including company, location, function and experience. Consistently structured role cards helped candidates compare their options.

Making profile information manageable.

We divided detailed CV information into sections within the candidate profile. View and edit states for fields such as education gave candidates a clear way to review and update their details.

Different content, one design language.

Image-led company storytelling and information-heavy vacancy and profile screens share one design language. Clear headings, structured information groups and colour-coded actions maintain consistency between pages.

Delivered in collaboration with OGOO, the project focused on UX and UI design for the careers platform.
