Anadolu Pass.
Turning an Anatolian meal-card venture into a coherent digital brand.
We joined Anadolu Pass at the idea stage, as a new venture from a Gaziantep food-service company. Through on-site discovery, we designed the brand identity, physical cards, website and digital experience as one system.

Need.
Anadolu Pass needed a service experience employers, employees and merchants could understand easily. The meal card’s benefits had to be explained, users brought into the system and the growing merchant network made accessible.
There was no ready-made structure. Every core decision, from the brand’s appearance to its behaviour across digital channels, had to be made from the beginning.

Design approach.
Working directly with the client on site, we explored the business model, user groups and everyday scenarios. We translated these needs into clear information architecture that introduced the brand, explained its benefits and guided users to nearby merchants.
The website brought offers, new and popular venues, news and a savings calculator into one experience. Clear explanations showed how the service worked, with the mobile app positioned as a natural extension of the ecosystem.
Turquoise and orange, inviting food photography and imagery drawn from Anatolia created an approachable technology brand. The system maintained the same identity across web, mobile, tablet and physical cards.

The work.
A local idea became a meal-card brand with defined physical and digital touchpoints. Anadolu Pass later grew to open an Istanbul office. Pars Design handled brand identity, user experience and the visual language; product software was outside our role.
