Tüpraş Intranet.
Bringing corporate information and communications into daily work.
We designed an intranet giving Tüpraş employees one place for news, announcements, corporate links and daily needs. Working with OGOO under our established intranet partnership model, we handled content structure, architecture and desktop and mobile UX/UI.

Need.
In large organisations, an intranet is more than a publishing channel. It is a daily workspace where people across locations access current information, follow communications and reach frequent tools.
Tüpraş’s broad content and user base needed a clear hierarchy without additional complexity.
A structure organised around daily use.
The homepage centres on news, announcements, social activity, events and corporate links. Priority and recency organise dense information into scannable modules.
Personal shortcuts give users faster access to frequent tools. Organisational information, such as communications contacts, has dedicated, accessible pages.

Social feed

Corporate communications page
Participatory internal communication.
A social feed with comments makes the intranet a space for interaction rather than one-way announcements. News, company content and social activity share a design system.

Slide-out side menu
A consistent experience from desktop to mobile.
Desktop uses a modular layout; mobile uses a prioritised feed. Menus, personal shortcuts and content cards preserve the same logic across screen sizes.

Outcome.
The design connects corporate communications, knowledge sharing and daily needs. Simple hierarchy and responsive layouts create an accessible workspace for different employees.
