Arzum Employee Platform.
An employee experience connecting sales, learning and motivation.
We designed a platform for Arzum’s sales advisers and promoters, bringing training, internal communications, sales performance and rewards into one digital experience. Created when corporate social platforms were still new in Turkey, it was among the early examples in its field.

Employee homepage
Need.
Arzum’s field sales advisers and promoters needed one place to follow training, read announcements, record sales, track performance and exchange earned points for rewards.
These functions needed to form a coherent daily experience that encouraged participation and made dense operational information easy to understand.

Design approach.
We organised the platform around the user’s working day. The home page brought together profile information, sales targets, announcements and social posts, with direct access to training, sales entry, reporting, sales locations and the gift catalogue.
We turned sales data and targets into clear summaries and gave training a scannable, video-focused structure. Choosing gifts with earned points became a visible and motivating part of the performance cycle.
The social feed, comments and internal announcements made the platform a communications space employees could return to regularly.

Social sharing
One of the pioneering corporate platforms of its time.
When the project began, corporate social networks and employee engagement platforms were still emerging in Turkey. There was no ready-made example combining training, sales performance, social communications and points-based rewards in one product.
We designed the experience around Arzum’s field organisation and employees’ actual needs. The result was an early digital employee experience connecting internal communications and work processes in one place.
Collaboration model.
We worked with OGOO, which handled the platform’s technical infrastructure. Pars Design designed the entire user-facing experience, including information architecture, UX and interfaces, giving the modules a shared language and consistent interaction logic.
The work.
The platform brought training, sales tracking, social posts and a gift catalogue into one experience for Arzum’s sales advisers and promoters. Despite the broad feature set, the interface remained clear, lively and supportive of participation.
The Arzum project showed how UX design can connect learning, motivation and company culture within the same digital product, alongside making everyday tasks easier.
