Paynet Mobil POS.
Taking B2B payment collection beyond the desk.
We designed Paynet Mobil POS to let businesses and dealers take payments wherever they work. Customer selection, card details, instalments and payment instructions become a clear, reassuring flow on a small screen.
Need.
For Paynet’s B2B clients, taking payment involved more than entering card details. Dealer accounts, customers, card-specific instalments, payment instructions and results had to work together reliably on the move.
Even small uncertainties can stop a financial transaction. The app needed to be quick while clearly showing what was happening, the amount involved and whether the transaction was complete.

Design approach.
The home screen centres on taking payments, instalment options, payment instructions and transaction history. Frequent tasks are directly accessible rather than buried in menus.
The payment flow follows a clear sequence: customer, card and payment terms. Cards can be scanned or entered manually, supported by an instalment table by card brand. Creating a payment instruction with an amount and validity period has its own focused flow.
Orange, blue, green and yellow distinguish transaction types and states. A successful-payment screen clearly confirms the result and amount.

The work.
The result is a quick, consistent B2B payment experience that turns Paynet’s collection methods into understandable mobile tasks. Mobil POS complements the dashboard, bringing its operational structure to use on the move.
The project formed part of our long-term direct collaboration with Paynet. Pars Design was responsible for UX and UI design.
