Akıllı Tablet.
We brought a digital book ecosystem into one clear experience.
We comprehensively redesigned the user experience and interfaces for Elma Bilgisayar’s Akıllı Tablet venture. From the marketing site and digital bookshop to checkout, user management and the tablet’s personal library, the core flows came together in one product language.

Welcome area
Need.
Akıllı Tablet connected book discovery, purchasing, user allocation and reading on a tablet. The existing interface did not make those relationships clear, leaving users with dense lists, scattered tasks and inconsistent screens.
The whole experience needed rethinking: from discovering the product and buying books to managing users and accessing a personal library and reading statistics.

Design approach.
We treated the screens as different parts of one digital publishing ecosystem. The marketing site explained the platform and its publisher network in clear sections, supported by an illustrated visual language for books, learning and content.
We reorganised the digital shop around discovery. Filters and discounted books had a clearer hierarchy, making the catalogue easier to scan. In the basket, simplified book, quantity, price and total information gave users a clear place to review their purchase.
We made the dense user management tables more task-focused. Clearer user lists, add-user actions and management controls helped make operational screens easier to understand.
The personal library became the centre of the tablet experience. Books, reading status and statistics came together in one interface, creating continuity between acquiring content and reading it every day.
Supporting areas such as the blog, publishers and contact pages followed the same design system. Cards, filters, tables, charts and forms created a common language across web and tablet.

The work.
The result brought Akıllı Tablet’s different users and tasks into one coherent product experience. Marketing, discovery, purchasing, user management and personal libraries were rebuilt with clearer, more contemporary interfaces.
The project was a comprehensive UI/UX modernisation, rethinking the relationship between the website, digital shop, management area and tablet app.
