Aidea.
We brought evolving requirements into one coherent AI product experience.
We designed Aidea’s digital product experience from brand identity and content generation to an advanced editor and management dashboard. We brought emerging requirements and existing software constraints into a shared system, creating a clear, flexible platform where users could turn their knowledge into courses, presentations and other content.

Need.
Aidea was being developed as a broad platform for producing courses, presentations, guides and other formats with AI. Its requirements did not arrive as one fixed brief. Features, use cases and technical needs emerged throughout the process.
The design also had to work with software components already built or in development. Many decisions depended on the existing infrastructure. The central task was to bring these parts into a coherent experience and visual system without exposing the fragmentation to users.

Design approach.
We first designed Aidea’s logo and visual character. A purple-led palette expressed its AI capabilities in an accessible, creative and reassuring way, giving different parts of the product a shared identity.
We shaped the main creation flow as a guided process. Users describe what they want to make, then choose content type, length, sources, visual approach, theme, language, narration and quiz options. A summary before generation makes every choice visible and lets users go back and adjust it.
We also designed the waiting period while AI works. Clear stages—starting, summarising, structuring scenes, enriching content and completing assets—made the underlying process easier to follow and trust.
The advanced editor lets users refine page and section hierarchy, text, images, video, audio, objects and backgrounds. Layer management and a timeline control order, visibility, duration and movement. Aidea Assistant offers guidance on clarity, visual hierarchy and flow without taking users out of their workspace.
We designed the SaaS layer as an extension of the same system. Dashboards, content and course libraries, usage data, search, filters, team roles, profiles, security, integrations, APIs and billing share one information architecture. The marketing website, demo, registration and login flows retain the same visual language and product proposition.

The work.
The result was a complete product experience: Aidea takes users’ knowledge, structures it as content, divides it into scenes, enriches it with sound and imagery, enables detailed editing and brings it into one management space.
The design brought requests arriving at different times and existing software constraints into a consistent system for users. Brand identity, generation flow, editor and management areas shared one design language, making a complex product clearer to use.
